CCJ Information Retrieval
Key Features:
How It Works:
Findukpeople offers a comprehensive CCJ information retrieval service. Our expert team conducts searches in the UK CCJ database to identify any registered County Court Judgments. A County Court Judgment, commonly referred to as a CCJ, is a legal determination made by a court after considering the facts of a case, establishing that a debt is owed.
CCJs and high court judgments are recorded in the Register of Judgments, Orders, and Fines, where they remain for a period of 6 years. Our diligent search process ensures that you obtain accurate and up-to-date CCJ information.
We strive to deliver results in a timely manner. While our service typically takes up to 30 working days to complete, we aim to provide the outcome within 7 working days for most cases. However, complex or evasive cases may require additional time, extending the timescale to 30 working days. We understand the importance of timely access to CCJ information for legal and financial matters.
