Which Level Should I Choose?

If the subject has moved recently without updating their records, or appears to be avoiding contact, we recommend our Premium In-Depth Trace. Unlike data-only searches, which rely on credit agency databases and public information and can miss important detail, in-depth research draws on public records, social media, professional datasets and manual investigation of the findings. This delivers a fuller picture of the individual and a higher success rate where addresses are hidden or hard to find.

Divorce, Separation and Ex-Partner Traces

To comply with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and our safeguarding obligations, any trace where the subject is a divorcing or separating partner, an ex-partner, or involved in a family law matter must be instructed directly by a regulated solicitor. This applies even where there is a genuine debt claim. Requests from individuals will be declined with a minimum admin fee of £19.99 plus VAT, and any misrepresentation will result in cancellation with no refund and no data supplied.
